Our Summer Camps are Here!
These summer camps are our favorite part of the summer, and now they are back and better than ever! These camps are geared towards teens and tweens that love playing outside, eating good food, making cool things, and creating new friendships!
Ages 10-13
July7th-9th from 9am 3pm
We will be teaching kids a bunch of delicious recipes while also showing them essential kitchen knowledge. We will cover how to use all the basic utensils and allow them to be master of their craft by How to make pasta dough, cheese, all different sauces, and all from scratch with local ingredients! This is the perfect camp for your cooking interested kid to learn more!
Kids Cooking Camp!
Natural Artist Camp!
Ages 10-16
July22nd-24th from 9am 3pm
We will teach the artistic journey from start to finish using natural materials! We will show how to make paper, bind a sketch book, make charcoal utensils, pens, and paints all from scratch! Plus so much more! We teach the kids about the beauty in community and self expression; and introduce a more positive perspective of reducing waste in this overconsumption world we live in.
βStone Soupβ Puppet Camp!
Ages 13-18
July 28th-31st from 9am 3pm
Come and learn how to Sculpt puppets with a variety of different materials. While experimenting with how to perform the story through their puppets. We will practice and perform the sunday following the camp
We will be teaching kids about the history of puppets as well and how they have been used as a tool for activism.
Fundraising Dinner!
Peaceful Belly Farm is the first Agricultural Easement in the Treasure Valley. Come Celebrate with us at this fundraising dinner in partnership with The Land Trust of The Treasure Valley. We will have an incredible Farm to Fork dinner, live music by Eilen Jewell and a very special silent and live auction.
The money raised will go to helping Peaceful Belly with their re-wilding and Garden Educational Programs. Help is creating an oasis for small birds, migratory birds, pollinators and all the creatures that call Sunny Slope their home. Help us create a farm Educational Program that gather children and adults to learn together on this incredible farm.
